Nikitta Grender: Carl Whant Charged With Child Destruction

NIKITTA Grender: Carl Whant is at Caerphilly Magistrates’ Court. The 26-year-old is charged with murdering pregnant teenager Nikitta Grender. He has also been charged with child destruction.
This charge refers to the Infant Life Preservation Act 1929; and later the1958 Crimes Act. The term means the wilful destruction of an unborn foetus that was capable of life.
Pro-life campaigners take note: the foetus must be at least 28 weeks old. The crime carries a maximum life sentence.
