Teen Burglar Kills Three Witnesses: The Goldfish Must Die

IN Arlington Heights, the 16-year-old thief kills the witnesses to his burglary: the goldfish die. He pours condiments and spices into the tank.
The Trib Local news reports an associate of the villain telling them.
“We can’t let them live, they’re witnesses.”
The teen has been charged with burglary and cruelty to animals. But do you feel as angry about a murdered fish as you do, say, an abused dog?
