MUG Shot of the day features the face of Jason Kircher, 31. The Louisville man says he was not driving under the influence. He was, yer honour, receiving oral sex from his female passenger, one Jessica Talarovich
Mr Kircher was clocked moving at 66 mph in a 55 mph zone. The arresting officer says Mr Kircher had “glassy eyes”.
