Wayne Rooney’s Hair Transplanted From His Chest And Women’s Pillows? Photo

CRICKET has Shane Warne. Rugby has Austin Healey. And now football has its face of stitched on hair: Manchester United’s Wayne Rooney has had a hair transplant.

Tweets Wanye:

“Just to confirm to all my followers I have had a hair transplant. I was going bald at 25 why not.”

Wayne, of course, realised that a bald Man United legend had been done already. Bobby Charlton built his brand on a clean pate. When his thick auburn locks grew back, Charlton was impelled to wear a plastic fake bald hat (made from an inverted football – facts!) to keep his image rights.

For Wayne, one question remains: where was the hair used in the transplant transplanted from?

Was it harvested from his chest? From these women’s pillows? From Bobby Charlton..?

In a Sunday Mirror exclusive, 37-year-old brunette Gina McCarrick, dressed in her favoured cowgirl outfit, said: 'Wayne didn't turn me on at all. He was ugly. He had a face like a smacked arse.' Rooney later confessed to having visted the den around 10 times.
