Aged Stockport Naturist Tightens Nuts In Court
KEVIN Lavelle, 80, is before the Beak. He has been gardening while naked. He has also been naked in the acts of cleaning his house guttering naked and changing a car wheel.
His neighbours complain that Lavelle has been in the front garden of his Stockport bungalow dressed in a blue hat and nothing more.
At Stockport magistrates court, Lavelle admits to three counts of indecent exposure. He is jailed for eight weeks, suspended for six months, fined £85 and placed under house arrest for eight weeks. In reaction to a charge of performing a “sex act” he is ordered to sign the Sex Offenders’ Register for seven years.
