Martin Luther King Statue Is A Tribute To Star Trek Under Communism

by | 23rd, August 2011

THE new memorial statue to Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial is up and ready to be seen on the National Mall in Washington Sunday, Aug., 21, 2011. The memorial to the late civil rights leader is…huge, ugly and portrays the man of peace as an aggressive estate agent bidding for a property at auction. Better yet the American hero is made by Chinese artist Lei Yixin out of white Chinese granite. King is walking backwards into a big rock because he once said:

“With this faith we will be able to hew out of the mountain of despair a stone of hope.”

We say: this is what happens when an artist grows up under Communism and watch too much Star Trek
