9/11 10th Anniversary Tributes: Tulisa Air Rage And Ryanair Terror

by | 11th, September 2011

TEN years ago, thousands of people died when militant Islamists who hate the West attacked the USA in four hijacked passenger jets. That attack became known as 9/11. And how do the tabloids mark the occasion?

“TULISA [Contostavlos]AIR RAGE – X Factor judge accused of foul rant and BA staff” – Sunday Mirror

“HORROR ON BUDGET JET – Sheer terror on RyanAir as fumes in cabin force two emergency landings” – Sunday Express

How bad was it on a flight from Girona to Stansted?

Adelina Comas-Herrera, a London based academic who was travelling with her husband and two children, said about an hour after take-off, she noticed that “something wasn’t right… We were told there was smoke at the back of the plane and we were going to do an emergency landing.” She said that despite the obvious concern, the atmosphere remained “relatively calm”.

Want to know what real terror and air rage looks like? As if we could forget…
