Hurricane Katia Batters Britain: Photos

HURRICANE Katia has hit Britain. A hurricane is defined as a storm with winds of at least 74mph. The Mirror says wind speeds of 82mph have been recorded in the last hours at Capel Curig in north Wales.

A man who works as a hospice ambulance driver died when a tree feel on the roof of his car as he travelled long the A688 in County Durham.

On a brighter note these are the remnants of the hurricane and it should blow itself out soon…
