Spalding Man Pays Damages To Dead Hedgehog He Defecated On

VICTOR Ford, 34, has been fined for pooing on a dead hedgehog in Balmoral Avenue, Spalding, Lincolnshire, at 1.20pm on July 3.
Ford has already pleased not guilty at Spalding Magistrates’ Court to a charge of outraging public decency. The Crown Prosecution Service altered the crime to a lesser public order charge and Ford accepted it.
For defecating on a dead headgehog in daylight hours on a street, Ford is fined £100 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
Which begs the questions: what does a dead hedgehog do with £15?
