Birmingham City Bonfire Night To Go Ahead Without Bonfire

STOP Press: The Birmingham City Council Bonfire to be staged this Bonfire Night will not be featuring a bonfire. The Council states that it costs 30,000 to hold the bonfire in the city’s Pype Hayes Park and that is too much.
But the occasion will feature a funfair, stalls selling sweets and the chance to win massive teddy.
It all being what Guy Fawkes would have wanted…
