Man Filmed Swinging Cat Around Ramsgate (Video)

WHO is the member of the Mary Bale Fan Club filmed swinging a cat around in the air by its tail outside the Camden Arms pub in Ramsgate, Kent, on Saturday, October 29, at around 8.30am?
Says RSPCA Inspector Caroline Doe (nominative determinism?):
“This was a very violent, nasty attack on a cat. Anyone who witnessed this outside the pub must have been as shocked and appalled as we were. We are hoping that someone will recognise this man and come forward so we can investigate this fully.”
PS: Swining a dead cat remins ok.
