FACE Of The Day: John Elliott, 83, from Norfolk with his daughter Jan Lee (right) and his granddaughter Isla Powell, during the official two minutes silence as they stand silently in the rain on Plymouth Hoe in support of 3 Command Brigade’s homecoming parade and Armistice service. Mr Eliiott served with the 8th Army in Italy during the Second World War and has travelled to Plymouth to see his grandson-in-law Lance Bombardier Nick Powell 29 Commando parade through the city.
