Banksy’s Cardinal Sin shames pedophile priests in Liverpool

IN time for Christmas, Banksy, scourge of the brick and plastering industries, introduces Cardinal Sin. It’s on display at the Walker Art Gallery, Liverpool.And you can make your own. Banksy made Cardinal Sin by sawing off the face of an 18th century stone bust and gluing on a selection of bathroom tiles. The resulting ‘pixellated ‘ portrait is, it says here, “a comment on the abuse scandal in the church and its subsequent cover up.” Those pixelated bits may reveal more after the watershed…
