Was Mahmoud Ahmadinejad photoshopped into Venezuela?

MAHMOUD Ahmadinejad, the Iranian president, has been meeting Venezuela’s leader Hugo Chávez. Mahmoud’s on a tour of Latin America, making friends and gnashing teeth against the Great Satan to the North. On his travels Ahmadinejad met with an Iranian family living in Venezuela (source: SIPA – used under fair use guidance).
Or did he?
Look at this picture. Is that photoshop? Do all Iranians not living in the country love Mahmoud and his hardcore Ayatollahs so..?
