Authorities to release jolly 911 recording of Demi Moore

by | 27th, January 2012

DESPITE  the fact it goes without saying, that Demi Moore was in a state of high distress when she called for the emergency services to come take her to hospital, that simply isn’t enough.

We want to know exactly how distressed she was. We need to hear a famous woman worried that she’s going to die, right?

And so, thankfully, the authorities are set to release a 911 call made from Demi Moore’s home earlier this week. We get to hear the panic brought on by seizures, alleged drug abuse and potential anorexia. It’s just the kind of thing we all need to pull us out of this post-Christmas slump.

The Los Angeles Times report that the Los Angeles city attorney’s office has recommended that certain portions of the call be deleted to comply with federal privacy laws. BOOORING.

A spokeswoman for Moore said Tuesday that the actress is seeking professional help to treat her exhaustion and improve her health. Publicist Carrie Gordon says the decision is due to the stresses in Moore’s life, and she looks forward to getting well. Basically, it’s all Ashton Kutcher’s fault.

TMZ have reported that Moore was indulging in ‘whip-its’, which she had a bad reaction to. Ostensibly, it’s taking a hit of nitrous oxide and should get you high, very briefly. Basically, this is a story of someone doing drugs akin to poppers. Delightfully low-rent really.

Either way, Demi Moore is not a well person and we’re thrilled that the LA authorities have deemed us all needy enough to listen to the panicked 911 call surrounding her misfortune.

Tremendous.
