Black man records police officer’s racist abuse – video

by | 30th, March 2012

IN London, a black man aged 21 records his time with the police. The man has been placed in handcuffs and sat in the back of the police van. It is the day after last summer’s riots – the riots that followed the police killing of black Marc Duggan.

An officer calls the man “a cunt”.  The Guardian says one officer caught on the black man’s mobile phone is PC Alex MacFarlane. He’s white. The paper alleges the copper says: “You’ll always have black skin. Don’t hide behind your colour.”

PC MacFarlane has been suspended. We have no reply from him.

The Independent Police Complaints Commission investigated and sent the files to the Crown Prosecution Service. The matter was dropped.

Meanwhile, Liam Stacey got 56 days choky for his racist tweets. So, how offended are you. Your level of offence matters
