Dania Suarez, Barack Obama and the underage Secret Service sex scandal

by | 21st, April 2012

DANIA Suarez: Ahead of Barack Obama’s trip to Colombia this weekend a scandal has emerged. In checking the Hotel Caribe in Cartagena for bugs and nasties, Obama’s Secret Service goons have been paying for sex with prostitutes. The main player to emerge is one Dania Suarez, a Colombian prostitute who claims she was stiffed on her $800 fee for sex with a White House Secret Service member. She says he offered her only $30.

Was she overcharging the tourists?

Dania Suarez is the mother of a 9-year-old son. One imagines she is not in the skin game for the casual sex.

As she told the The New York Times:

“I tell him, “Baby, my cash money.”

Suarez met the Secret Service player in the PleyClub, in Cartagena.  She was not alone. So far, 11 Secret Service agents and nine military servicemen have been despatched home to the US. “Nearly all of them” were caught with prostitutes.

But no crime has been committed. Well, unless it has. Darrell Issa, the Republican chairman of the House Government Oversight and Reform Committee, stirs the pot:

“In the case of the 11 agents, the primary determination is you can’t determine to charge or not charge somebody until you know whether a crime is committed. Under U.S. law, if any of these women are under 18—I can tell you we do not know and Director Sullivan does not have actual contact/picture matched up to verify that as far as I know. When he does, I would expect a call, because that would be a relief to many of us to not have on top of everything else….U.S. laws passed in 2003 and 2006 were designed to prevent sex vacations causing harm to underage women. We have to respect some things, but going internationally anywhere to have sex acts underage is prohibited under U.S. law.”

It’s an odd story. If paying for sex overseas is a crime, what impact will this have on the military? You start weeding out any official who has paid for sex overseas and very soon the US is looking vulnerable to a military invasion.

Also, Suarez has “gone into hiding”. Expect her to emerge a media celebrity and in few lads mags very soon.

Note: One agent forced into early retirement by the scandal is David Chaney, 48. He once posted a Facebook page showing him staring at Sarah Palin in 2008 adding:

“I was really checking her out, if you know what I mean?”

Eyes on the game, boys. Eyes on the game…
