Justin Bieber sued for $9.2m by ear-owner – Stacey Wilson Betts has heard enough

PEOPLE with fully functioning ears have been complaining about Justin Bieber for some time now. The gyrating foetus is responsible for a series of songs that are baffling to the adult earhole, only understood by the pubeless and the creepy.

And now, Bieber is being sued for $9.2 million by an Oregon woman who claims that her ears have suffered permanent damage, thanks to the singer with the squidgy fontanelle.

The lady claims she suffered everlasting ear damage after being hit with a “sound blast” at one of his concerts. The suit claims that Stacey Wilson Betts took her daughter to see JB but the sound was far too loud. Betts alleges further that Bieber made the sound levels much worse when he climbed inside a “heart shaped aluminium/steel gondola”, which was then pulled out into the crowd.

She claims that Justin “created a wave like effect of screaming by pointing into various sections of the arena. Then enticed the crowd into a frenzy of screams by continuously waving his arms in a quick and upward motion”.

Now, Betts has tinnitus and can’t sleep, leaving her no choice but to sue Justin himself, as well as his record label, the concert promoter and the arena itself, demanding $9.23 million in damages. She’s not asking for much is she? Who would’ve ever thought a pop concert filled with shrieking toddlers would’ve been unbearably loud, eh?

JB’s team have yet to make a comment, but let us be honest here – Bieber’s team are the hardest working people in pop and have invariably added this suit to the towering pile of other claims against the waddling infant.
