Rodney Trotter stands for election in Serbia
RODNEY Trotter is standing for political office in Serbia. Trotter, last seen as the TV show Only Fools And Horses, is also known as Town Hall leader Igor Pavličić.
Says Mayor Pavličić:
“It’s too personal. I’ve had to move my family out of the city because of all this pressure…I am sure that the citizens of Novi Sad will recognize this as a lynch mob atmosphere and will support me. Therefore I want to tell the opposition I am not as much of a plonker as they claim I am.”
Adding:
“The series is not only popular in Serbia but throughout the whole Balkan region. They are just trying to humiliate me.”
How so? Surely Trotter is a mentally negligible lovable rogue. Given the option of voting for him or the usual hatchet-faced swine, Pavličić should walk it…
