Occupy London protest in photos – four women are chained to the St Paul’s pulpit

TO the Occupy movement demo on the steps of London’s St. Paul’s Cathedral. They came to mark the first anniversary of protests by the Occupy movement against social and economic inequality, which led to a tented village pitched outside St Paul’s Cathedral in London. The highlight has been four women chaining themselves to the pulpit in London’s St Paul’s Cathedral. Can you think of a worse existence than being chained inside a draughty, echoey, spooky church? The police want to move them on. Why not leave them? St Paul’s could do with the congregants. Terry Waite approves this message:
