Police Officer and Browns fans puts head in 5-gallon bucket of urine

HERE’S a video of Mentor, Ohio, police officer Phil Croucher poking his head in a 5-gallon bucket of urine. The Browns fans did it for $450. He was off duty. But police are never off duty.
Mr Croucher has been “cleared and has returned to duty”.
Mr Croucher was unlucky of couse. Police usually only behave badly when hiring, say, military bases in Dorset for their annual Chrsitmas dos.
PS- A Browns fan – eh, it could have been worse.
