by | 2nd, November 2012

TO Royton, Oldham, to see children being handed cocaine. All they need to is knock on door, threaten “Trick or treat!” and waut until the homeowner hands over the Charlie.
Greater Manchester Police make two arrests when children “found them” in their trick-or-treat bags.
 Yeah. Found.
Update: Donald Junior Green, 23, has been charged with possession of class-A drugs and is due before Oldham magistrates’ court. A 21-year-old woman has been released without charge.
