To Vietnam, where a man who touched another man’s penis against his will has been fined one pig and a jar of liquor. The villain, known only as ‘T’ said he touched ‘D’s’ penis because he was wearing shorts.

It’s not much of an excuse. And punishment does not depend on what shorts you’re wearing…
