Idiotic Kent police arrest man for posting burning poppy photo on Facebook
KENT police have arrested a man who published a picture of a burning poppy on a Facebook page. The arrested man is 19 from Aylesham. Kent police say the man has been arrested on suspicion of “malicious telecommunications”. His alleged crime was “a posting on a social network site of a burning poppy”. The picture was “reportedly accompanied by an offensive comment”.
The Poopy is a symbol of remebrance for those who gave so much in the pursuit of freedom from censorious, totalitarian lunatics.
This arrest might be beyond parody…

Very soon I expect Anorak’s website to be closed down for commentating on the story.
The state of civil rights, including free speech, for the native peoples of the UK has now reached the same level of rights & liberties as in the old USSR. This is principlaly because Blair & Brown signed away the final vestiges of independence & last remaining civil rights of the ordinairy citizen of the UK at the Lisbon treaty which has determined that only the likes of Abu Hamza & Abu Qatada have rights .Truth is Lies, War is Peace etc , Welcome to 1984 meets the EUSSR ! Thank God I do not live in the EUSSR but in a Democracy !
