In his interview for the news after his meeting with Michell he said that he, Andrew Mitchell, had apologised for what he said but had refused to say what he had actually said. The sound recording taken at the Sutton Coldfield Conservative office clearly reveals that question being asked and answered. Let’s start a witchhunt!!
