We all have our opinion but how stupid and ignorant of you to hear this interview and conclude the stupid, even ‘evil’ GOA guy won this argument. He was ridiculous …so you were non-sense to claim or support this guy and his ideology.

Why is America incapable of doing what other countries can? Australia managed to ban automatic weapons 10 years ago. No massacres since then.

the whole situation is ludicrous – how many more kids have to die needlessly before the US government actually does something about the ridiculous, out-dated and downright dangerous 2nd (I think..) amendment allowing all and sundry to carry personal weapons? I was in the US last week and it emerged that gun sales this year have gone through the roof, even AFTER this horrendous massacre and that 40% (FORTY!!!!) of gun sales are NOT backed up by background checks on those purchasing the guns. In this case, he killer apparently went to buy his own, then when he realised it would take time for the gun shop to check him out, he just went to his mother’s house and took the THREE weapons she had at her house! Why does any normal citizen feel the need to possess a semi-automatic weapon? This is no longer the Wild West – or indeed is it….???
Piers Morgan may be an idiot, but I saw some of his programs and there was no denying his outspoken outrage at this terrible mass-murder. It’s about time someone stood up to these dinosaur morons in the NRA.

p,s, truthfully, if I were Piers Morgan I’d be buying a bulletproof vest to wear by now. He is going to be on shortly holding a town hall meeting debate on gun violence here. Many of the people who belong to the NRA are fanatical gun owners and Piers is stepping on a lot of toes!
I know people (or I should say did know, now) who belong to the NRA and there is no reasoning with them on the need for banning Assault Weapons.

p.s., I half-way agree with you. Many of the rabid members of the NRA reactions to a proposed ban on assault weapons are outright frightening. Let’s don’t ban assault weapons, let’s have the teachers have guns in the classroom! People are being encouraged to carry their guns wherever they go in States that permit that. People are being encouraged to apply for a concealed weapon permit and those concealed weapon permit guns can be carried anywhere.
Twenty innocent little children were murdered by the use of a semi-automatic assault weapon and the answer is as many people as possible should start carrying guns?

I cannot agree with this article. I have been watching Piers Morgan deliberately since the horrendous massacre took place (I usually don’t watch Piers Morgan); as he is more outspoken with his reactions to those innocent children being murdered and pulls no punches with those he questions who are against Gun Control than any other news persons have been thus far. I guess ‘it is all in the eyes of the beholder’ how he comes across but we need more news persons like Piers Morgan as he doesn’t care who he steps on re this massacre.
Pratt came across to me as an arrogant AH – that plain and simple!!

Larry Pratt didn’t obliterate Piers Morgan: Piers Morgan obliterated himself with quality journalistic comments such as “You’re an unbelievably stupid man, aren’t you?”… Not that I’m sticking up for Pratt – he talks shite.
