My wife Karla has long beautiful hair all the way down to her bum! She is six feet tall, so you can imagine how long it is! She stopped having her hair cut every six months in June of 2007. Before that, she had kept her hair short after her mom made her cut her pigtails at 12 years old. (She was happy at the time) Now she is even happier because her hair is her statement of womanhood. Not only that, she stopped shaving her hair down below, under her arms and everywhere else. Karla is what I call a natural beauty, because of her hirsute loveliness! I know she does not qualify for your category, but I am trying to persuade Karla to let her hair grow down to her knees. She is considering the prospect so at least we are in the right direction. Every Sunday after church, Karla and I play a game called “Beauty Parlour”, in which I wash and wet dry her long magnificent hair. After which she sits in her favourite chair, reads a book as she lets her long hair dry naturally. It is such a pleasure walking down the street holding hands with Karla and her long, flowing hair! (Not to mention her statuesque height and her beautiful, big nose!) One day I hope she will qualify for your long hair category. It may take at least two years to do it, but I hope I can talk her into it. She does seem warm to the idea, so you never know. Thank you for letting me post my comment.
