Yep, at 1.05%, Windows 8 mobile is looking like a serious threat to iOS, at 60.13%.
.
The Nokia Lumia 920 is very nice, but it's too heavy. I don't think it's enough to trigger the sea change that would be needed to make it of any relevance in the world. Even Bada is possibly doing better, and Samsung has dropped that OS for phones as far as know.
.
MIcrosoft is a dead duck, it just doesn't realise it yet.
.
"According to Goldman Sachs, if you add up all of the consumer computing devices in the world, not just the PCs and laptops, but the phones and tablets too, Microsoft has just 20% of the world consumer market share - where it once dominated with 97%."

Are we forgetting about windows phone 8?
.
which is a significant upgrade to the current raft of ios - android and even upcoming blackberry mobile OS's - and is coming on top line hardware which again is far beyond anything else on the market. (especially the flagship model Nokia Lumia 920 which is just ridiculous)
.
Microsoft is selling them now - and they are selling better than expected.
.
I've said it before - and i will say it again.
.
apple's time is over - they are already selling less than expected
