In photos: Chicago’s frozen fire
LAST Tuesday, a warehouse on Chicago’s South Side went up in flame. Fire crews attended. They blasted cold water at a building engulfed in flames. The water froze. Then the building caught fire for a second time. More than 170 firefighters responded to the five-alarm blaze that started at about 9 p.m. Tuesday Jan, 22, 2013.
