THE Police. What are they? Agents of the State who enforce every law and order without questions, whether they believe in it or not. Or just everyday working stiffs who looked at the job market and, all things considered, think wearing a uniform and helping people better than working for the council or unemployment? Paddy O’Bama is great fun. Most americans invent themselves an Irish ancestry in an effort to make themselves more interesting and to have an excuse for getting rat-arsed on saint patricks day. If only so much effort had been exerted on proving he is american ! He goes to france tomorrow. Look out for Jean-Paul Obama by thursday.
