Anorak wasn’t interested in my heads up on it a while ago.

I wonder what the reaction of taxpayers in the west would collectively be if governments were up-front and told them that they planned to spend several billion €/$/£ for each victim of terrorism. I roughly calculate the figure for the UK at £453 M per London bombing victim.
