Man arrested for selling half-eaten chicken sandwich to cop looking to buy marijuana

TO North Carolina, where Dustin Rockwell Davis, 23, of Ivey Road, Graham, has been charged with selling an undercover police officer a bag containing a half-eaten chicken sandwich.
Graham, was charged with the sell and delivery of a counterfeit controlled substance and sell and delivery of marijuana. Someone give that undercover cop a medal for this mighty sting operation. Next week, Officer J. Walker arrests a man for taking candy from a baby…

Is there really a law against that, or did the Police just invent one as thew went along?
