FUNNY foreigner of the day is Egypt’s Prime Minister Hisham Qandil. He’s here to talk to you about the perils of dirty breasts. He recalls a trip to the countryside, and his horror at seeing newborns struggling to breastfeed. He noted that women were failing to clean their breasts, something that was leading to a diarrhoea epidemic.
