HADNWRITTEN notes made by Elvis Presley inside his first copy of the Kahlil Gibran book, The Prophet, which is estimated to sell for over £3,000 at a Rock & Pop Memorabilia sale on 9th March at Omega Auctions in Stockport. The collection also includes hand written set lists and a light hearted poem written by Elvis, on his personal stationary, for his friend and record producer Felton Jarvis.

When all sweet things are born
A robin perched on my window sill

He gave his sweets song so
And paused for a moment’s lull
I gently raised the window
And crushed his fucking skull
