CHRIS Huhne is in prison. He’s been as newsworthy inside than he was outside. To date we have been told:
March 13:
The Sun: “DISGRACED Chris Huhne gets used to life on the inside as his girlfriend Carina Trimingham pays him a visit.”
DISGRACED English MP Chris Huhne was ridiculed on his first day in London’s tough Wandsworth jail yesterday — when a prison officer called him to breakfast by yelling: “Order! Order!”
March 14:
The Times: “Huhne’s partner Carina Trimingham denies he was mocked on Tannoy”
The Sun: “JAILED Chris Huhne acted like a love-struck teenager with his girlfriend in front of other lags yesterday.”
March 17:
The Times: “It was reported that on Chris Huhne’s first morning at Her Majesty’s pleasure, a warder called over the PA system: “Order, order!”
March 20:
Daily Telegraph: “Chris Huhne, the disgraced former Cabinet minister, has been given a warm welcome in prison and even received gifts of Twix bars.”
Two fingers to Huhne. ‘Nuff said.
