TalkSport thunders: “Reports – Gareth Bale agrees personal terms with Real Madrid”

Reports?

Tottenham star Gareth Bale has agreed personal terms with Real Madrid, according to reports from Spain.

What reports?

Spanish newspaper Marca claims the Welsh youngster has agreed personal terms with Carlo Ancelotti’s side and has told Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy that he wants to leave the club this summer.

It’s being reported Bale has agreed a six-year contract with Los Blancos, and will earn around €10million-a-year in the Spanish capital.

Marca reports (with Google translate):

Relentless negotiator, Levy handles perfectly this type of scenario in which it moves. So when Gareth Bale last week met with him to tell him that you want to play for Real Madrid and intended to be traded is irrevocable, soon became aware of the dimensions of the crisis that had just opened.

Meanwhile, reports from behind the Telegraph’s London paywall tell us:

Tottenham refuse to sell Gareth Bale at any price this summer as Manchester United linked with £60m bid

Tottenham Hotspur are yet to receive a bid for Gareth Bale but, with suggestions that Manchester United are preparing a £60 million offer for the 24 year-old, will not sell at any price this summer.

Bale’s been sold for no bid?

More balls tomorrow…
