In photos: FEMEN hit the Nina Rici Catwalk and meet model Hollie Saker’s fist
FIGHT! When the topless protestors of Ukrainian feminist outfit FEMEN invaded the Nina Rici show at Paris’s Tuileries garden, one took hold of model Hollie-May Saker’s arm and tried to pull up her skirt. Saker, 18, punched the FEMEN rep in the face. She later tweeted: “FEEEEEEUUUUMIN. THAT B**** RUINED AND HAD HER SAGGY T*** IN MY FACE.” You can fight against patriarchal repression and reclaim the female form to fight for women’s ideas if you’ve got a pert rack.
Saker added that she had wanted to head butt the protestor:
“I punched her – I didn’t mean to but she grabbed my arm and I just wanted to get her off me. My Scouseness came out a bit but I wish it had come out a bit more. Thinking about it now I wish I’d pushed them both off the stage because they ruined my favourite show.”
Old style hardcore feminism meets the self-serving vapidity of 1990s girls power.
