TO Milwaukee, where violent, perverted nutcase Michael Vagnini has been served justice:

“This gentleman violently inserted his finger into dozens of victims’ anuses. Sometimes his friends held guns to the victims’ heads to force them to comply. Why was he sentenced to just two years in prison? Because he was an officer with the Milwaukee police department!”

He probed people’s insides until they bled. In one instance, two police held a man’s arms, a third cop aimed a gun at his head and Vagnini held him in a chock hold whilst inserting his fingers inside the victim’s rectum. He wore no gloves. By law, only medical personal are allowed to conduct rectal searches.

Vagnini didn’t act alone. He needed the help of his fellow officers to assault people. Jeffrey Dollhopf, Brian Kozelek and Jacob Knight were three of the seven officers originally suspended from duty. But only Vagnini was charged with sexual assault.

The armed gang operated between February 2010 and February 2012. And that’s not all.  In all, 32 of the four men’s police colleagues testified against them. Good, yeah? Well, no. It means that they all knew about before arrests were made.

The Milwaukee Police Department knew about the illegal searches for “a couple of years,” but waited to do anything about them “until authorities recognized a pattern.”

So. What did the other cops get?

Officer Jeffrey Dollhopf, 42, will face a $300 fine and and was ordered to 100 hours of community service for his involvement in the assaults.  Since he pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct as a party to the crime, most of his charges were wiped out. As part of his deal, he agreed to resign from the department.  He spent one full year on paid leave from the department.

Officer Brian Kozelek, 34, was given a similar deal.  After a full year of paid vacation, he now faces a $300 fine and a mere 20 hours community service.   He also agreed to voluntarily resign his position at the department.

Officer Jacob Knight, 32, will actually face a small amount of jail time.  He was sentenced to 20 days in the House of Correction, a $300 fine and 60 hours of community service after an extended amount of paid time off.
