FRANCES Wadsworth-Jones’ jewellery is inspired  by bird poo. The artist, who studied silversmithing and jewellery at Glasgow School of Art says her work is based on the idea that being shat on by a bird is lucky.

Ms Wadsworth-Jones, 30, has created the ‘Heaven Sent’ collection of shiny crap inspired by the lucky symbols she spotted on her walks to the Royal College of Art. She explains: “I like to try and find beauty in the unexpected and I quite often look at the floor.”
