LE Male Yoga, a yoga studio in Manhattan popular for their all-male naked classes, has changed their name to Bold & Naked and is now offering a full schedule of coed naked yoga classes.

Located in the New York’s Chelsea neighborhood, this unique exercise practice was founded by Joschi Schwarz and Monika Werner. According to the couple’s site, this unrestricted program is “not about being naked for naked’s sake…” but do say it’s the “most liberating way to experience yoga without the restriction of clothing.”

Participants in the clothing-free classes – they also offer clothed ones – are expected to be “fit, in-shape and take care of themselves” and be “unprejudiced…with good energy.”

This reminds us of what Jerry said on Seinfeld, “But the thing you don’t realize is that there’s good naked and bad naked.”
