Colorado Barber Shop Bans Anyone Smelling Of Marijuana
MARIJUANA is legal in Colorado. But one barber isn’t keen on its smell. Hugo Corral, owner of Hugo’s Barber Shop in Greeley, has issued a policy:
He says:
“I feel that it’s my right to make the statement. It’s the same thing as no shoes no service.”
Has he had any feedback?
“People ripping the sign off, I’ve had to clean spit off my front door.”
He advises that if people don’t like it they can go somewhere else.
As might buyers of cannabis perfumes.
Of course, once upon a time, no weed smoker would have been caught within 100 yards of a barber’s shop.
Speaker’s Corner in Hyde Park, London, became a smoker’s paradise when London’s flower children converged to take part in the Happening. The crowd gathered to support a campaign to legalise hashish and marijuana.
The term ‘flower children’ has been given to devotees of mind-expanding drugs in California, USA.
