Was Edmonton Great Grandmother Palmira Silva Murdered By A Black Muslim Or A Crazed Man Called ‘Fat Nick’?

by | 5th, September 2014

THE woman “beheaded” in her Edmondon garden has been identified as Palmira Silva. She was 82. She is a white widow and great-grandmother. Her alleged killer is 25.

The Mail reports:

Man, said to be black and around 5ft 10ins

The Mail also reports:

A woman has been found beheaded in a suburban back garden after a man ‘went berserk with a machete’ after first being seen attacking cats in a residential London street.

Neighbours said the killer was a Nigerian who had been sleeping at the home of a friend in recent weeks. Others said the heavily tattooed killer is well-known in the neighbourhood, where he has the nickname ‘Fat Nick’.

A local adds:

One said: ‘He’s a crazy guy. He’s got a big belly and tattoos and he walks the streets sticking his fingers up at people like Somalis.’

But she was beheaded? It was that key word that led polcie to deny the hideous crime had any links to terrorism? Having said Mrs Silva was beheaded, the Mail then adds:

Eyewitnesses said the Italian former cafe owner, described as ‘such a sweet lady’, was almost decapitated by the knifeman.

The Enfield Independent adds:

Woman hacked to death in Nightingale Road, Edmonton

Minds turn not to ISIS jihadis but to the murder of Lee Rigby  by stay-at-home Islamists.

But we don’t know. Still, some jump to conclusions. The Enfield Indy repints this view:

He was the “crazed” attacker.  He had been seen chopping up a cat.

One neighbour told of her narrow escape. Freda Odame, 30, a catering worker, said she heard a commotion and pulled back her curtains to see a man in his mid-20s with a knife.

“Someone was shouting and the door was banging. I could hear the screaming but I could not hear what he was saying,” she said.“I could see that he had a big curved knife, about the size of an arm’s length and he was crouching as if frantically searching for something. He had a crazed look in his eyes so I closed my curtains because I was scared.

“My next door neighbour was in his garden but did not seem to realise anything was going on. I have seen him around here all the time, I think he lives on the road. I think he lives with his family. Five minutes after I heard him screaming the police knocked on my door and told me I had to get out.”

Another neighbour described seeing a man
