Says the six-time world final runner-up:

“If using cocaine is the Devil’s Dandruff, then smoking crack is worse. Much worse.”

SNOOKER STAR JIMMY WHITE IS CONFRONTED BY THE MEDIA AS HE LEAVES RICHMOND MAGISTRATES COURT IN SOUTH WEST LONDON, WHERE HE APPEARED ON A DRINK-DRIVE CHARGE. Ref #: PA.828611 Date: 01/03/1994

He recalls an episode:

WE had to score some crack. We got our hands on some from somewhere. I might even have had it flown in, I can’t remember.

Kirk Stevens was a big cocaine taker on the snooker circuit. The pair of us were holed up in The Keadeen Hotel in County Kildare.

Kirk said: “Go down to the bar and get everybody’s cigarette lighters would you?” So I did.
