Transfer balls: Ronaldo shuns Manchester United and follows a stranger to PSG
Did you see that Angel Di Maria has given a “massive hint” that Cristiano Ronaldo is going to join him at PSG? What!? He’s not joining Manchester United? The Sun tells us:

Sound the transfer klaxon! Is it too much of a coincidence that hours after Rafa Benitez’s future as Real Madrid boss was confirmed Angel Di Maria dropped a not-so-subtle hint about Cristiano Ronaldo’s plans? The Portuguese winger has been heavily linked with a move to Paris to join Di Maria, and the Argentinian used his Facebook page to give Ronaldo a message.
The message came in the form a caption to a photo of the two players. It said: “Soon my friend Cristiano Ronaldo.”
That sounds a bit menacing. Di Maria’s wife, Jorgelina Cardodo, explains the note on Instagram:
“Angel does NOT use Facebook, he does NOT use Twitter.”
Sound the klaxon!
