My boss talks about synergies and paradigms too, but he does it so convincingly and seems to actually enjoy it. He also has a very sincere suit, I lurch around my lab in jeans, trainers, and a white coat (mad scientist hair too) now I need an assistant named Igor :) We have a weekly staff meeting, half of us dont go to it, we're "busy". I didn't go to the trouble of getting a PhD so I could spend my time sitting in a room being lectured by a business graduate :( So there! :) Oh yeah!
