Ah Phelps…. that disgusting piece of filth. He’s a disbarred lawyer, so you know he’s a fine honorable man (dickhead). Most of the members of his ‘church’ are his relatives, many of them lawyers too. They mainly finance their activities by sueing people, they’re not fussy who.
Also they protest at military funerals here in the US, they say that God is killing the troops because the US tolerates homosexuals….. charming people aren’t they?
So your kid dies in Iraq and there are these imbeciles holding signs saying ‘God hates Fags’
and “God loves dead soldiers’ at his funeral.

Why is it that people can NOT mind their own business? I thank God that I am not a member of that Church and know the difference between tolerance and intolerance. I wonder how ashame the parents of the members of this church are to know that they have raised such disrespectful, people. Its a shame that they can’t tell the difference between fiction and reality. Sorry, I was taught not to speak ill of the dead and to respect the burial rituals of all. Who invited them anyway?

This is undeniably sick! I can’t believe that anyone would be so horrible as to even think this, let alone place it as “Religious Opinions and Bible Commentary on Current Events”. Maybe they’ve overlooked the fact that Heath himself wasn’t gay, and that he was actually a doting father and kind person! Its this kind of extremism thats causing so many problems in the world today, and its time that people realised that religion is not about the condemnation of other people in God’s name.
My sincere and heartfelt thoughts go out to Heaths family, friends and anyone else affected by this tragedy! I will miss Heath, and I know a great many other people will too.

The whole world now knows that God hates Heath Ledger. He cut him off early in life. The only thing Heath Ledger will be known for throughout eternity is playing the part of a fag cowboy in Brokeback Mountain.
That movie had one purpose and goal, which was to tell the whole world that God is a liar, when he says it’s an abomination to be a fag he doesn’t really mean it, it’s OK to be gay, and the rugged values of Doomed-america are pure filth.
Heath Ledger flipped off God when he played that part. Now God has shown the whole world that his standard still applies. You can’t spend out your days in rebellion against God and expect things to go well.
You will all make a public spectacle of Heath Ledger’s death and burial. We are not going to stand by silently while you pretend what he did was a good thing, sing his praises, and worship his dead body. HE IS IN HELL.
Heath Ledger’s death is a topic of international conversation. Don’t pretend like this is a private family matter. You want one voice to praise him, and no voice to say that he sinned against God, and now he’s in torment — FOREVER. The problem you’ve got is that you are not in charge of the prophets of God, and your mean words and threats won’t deter us.
READ OUR LIPS! HEATH LEDGER IS IN HELL. If you follow his path, you’ll go there too.
If you hate your fellow man, you will sing along with this international false song of praise and adulation. We will not. IF YOU LIVE LIKE HEATH LEDGER, YOU TOO WILL END UP IN HELL.
No one ever gave a rat’s ass what happened to him. Doomed americans wanted to mock God, justify their sin, and teach the whole world to sin. He was a willing participant. His parents were willing cheer leaders.
Now you all stand with your jaw dropped, saying what a tragedy this is, and how you just can’t make sense out of why it would happen. It happened because he made a vocation of disobeying God!
If you obey God, he’ll bless you. If you disobey him he’ll curse you. Heath Ledger disobeyed God, and made a mockery of his duty to obey his commandments. He was the international icon of disobedience and filth. Now you know what God thinks about his actions.
Everyone who encouraged or applauded Heath Ledger playing the fag cowboy role is complicit in his death.
While you have your mind and heart focused on Heath Ledger’s death, hear the words. He’s in hell. Don’t do what he did. Obey the Lord your God!

Religions, especially the catholic one are the most false, and morally corrupted organisations in the world. The pure fact they are organisations demonstrates this. I am pleased the modern generation is moving on, beyond this falsity. As for those who remain ignorant, we must accept them, and know what is right. And all that was written here is wrong.
There is no point in getting upset about what was written here, it’s just the combination of indoctrinated, ignorant, simple people, who have a small role to play in our world luckily.
We must feel lucky we are able to appreciate Heath Ledger in his role in his films, and as a person.
The people who will not rest in peace are the ones who remained in their small boundaries throughout their life.

This is the sickest thing i have ever read. This (or these) person (s) should be completely ashamed of themselves. Heath Ledger was an artist, a creative man, with great promise in life. The fact that he has died is a great loss to the world of movies and art. Personnally, i think it was a brave decision of him to play a gay man in such a massive movie, and yes people are entitled not to be happy about such content in a film. However, it was an amazing film which questioned many things about human life and pressures on people. Heath Ledger was a loving, fantastic father and he should be treated with massive respect in death. He will be sorely missed by those who loved and knew him, and by us film lovers who know ITS NOT REAL ITS JUST A FILM. get a grip you religous fanatics, its people like you that cause all the problems in this world. If you picket this mans funeral, you are sick and i sincerly hope when you die, you go to hell, because Heath Ledger will walk with the angels and be welcomed with open arms by a loving God. Church ordered to pay $10.9 million for funeral protest - that was the verdict brought in against them by a jury over in Maryland. They demonstrated at a young soldier’s funeral in Maryland and the father of the young soldier took them to court. The above is what was awarded to the family and the Judge approved the Jury’s verdict and said that although it would far exceed those sued net worth he would let it stand.
Laws were passed over here both on State and Federal levels NO ONE may demonstrate at a soldier’s funeral.
This was the first case taken to court on and the family won.

It’s not even as if your logic makes sense - yes, Heath Ledger died young, so you claim that this is God’s vengeance for being a ‘ Fag enabler ‘ ( lovely term, that ) So how come Quentin Crisp was 90 when he died ? Or that thousands of straight people die young every year ?
If God does exist ( and I strongly suspect that he doesn’t ) then he is startlingly indiscriminate. The tsunami in Asia would prove that.

I’m hopeful that one of these days you’ll protest at someone’s funeral, and some grieving relative will take it upon themselves to kick the shit out of you.
