It is the assumption that ALL of them will cut your throat that is the result of media driven racism, they type of institutional racism that just won't die in this country. But it goes beyond just racism. This is demonstration of fear resulting from ignorance and willing to allow personal perceptions and bias to be mass produced and accepted.
