Global Cooling: The Arctic Sea Ice Is Melting, Or Not
THE sea ice is melting. Polar Bears are upon us. The whales are melting!
It seems unthinkable, but for the first time in human history, ice is on course to disappear entirely from the North Pole this year. - The Indepedent
See the graph? It shows the current and expected sea ice area in the Northern hemisphere:

And? So what’s wrong with having no ice for a bit? I can take in some penguins and build them a pool to play in.

Anokra nobly sparing no effort in pursuit of the rebuttal of the irrefutable by providing a graph illustrating an entirely different question?

I liked Jack Dee’s remark. That it is dangerous to re-freeze something once it has thawed. He calculates we have another 3 weeks, and then we shall have to eat all the penguins.
But on a scientific level …
Don’t you love they they choose 1979 - 2000 as the base line ?
Why so recent. Why not 1760 - 1900 ?
Why not 34.000 BC - 1000 AD
Why do they think that 8 years ago was not itself an ‘anomaly’
They may inadvertently be correct, but the science is stunningly bad.

wonder if they will find a stargate under there when it melts

There are no penguins in the Arctic - only the Antarctic

I have “proof” that the polar ice is melting:
