The good news is that these police officers caught the thug who slashed the bus tyres,punched the driver and robbed 37 elderly passengers. The bad news is that the judge said that the police had used "excessice force" by holding the mans hand too tight and infringed his human rights by giving him a late breakfast at the police station. The defendant to be freed and awarded ten thousand pound damages(paid from public funds) for emotional stress while in custody. Well, lets face it...isn't that's what happening in PC Britain?
