Sun Seeks To Drive Afghan Refugees From Home
A WIN for the Sun as Toorpakai Saindi and her seven children are to be kicked out of their home.
The Sun says the home in Acton, West London, is worth £1.2milion – and falling in value all the time. The single mum gets the “equivalent of £170,000 a year from the taxpayer”.
The paper makes no mention of why Ms Toorpakai moved to the UK, only that she was placed in the home because the council had a shortage of alternative accommodation.

Danni appears on the Sun’s Page 3, responding to the front-page news, “Mother of all council houses”, the tale of the mum-of-seven, Afghan refugee who lives in a £1.2 mansion in Acton.
Readers learn that taxpayer Toorpakai Saindi’s residence causes the local council to pay her landlord £12,458 a month in rent.

Neo Nazi Austrians Champion English
THOSE Germans (Anorak subscribes to the Eurovision school of politiks and includes under the umbrella term ‘German’, Austrians, Swiss and some of Paraguay’s smartest districts).
In the Guardian’s article on a “surge in support for far right” in Austria threatens to make the country a haven of closested neo-Nazia (plus ca change), readers hear from one Karl Friedrich.
Karl is “proud to live in Karl Marx Hof, Vienna’s vast monument to municipal socialism. But not as proud as he used to be.”
Oh?
“We had great times here. There were artists and writers all around. Great parties. They’re all gone now,” says the former communist. “Now half the families in my block are immigrants. They can’t speak German. They can’t even speak English.”
Yeah, they can;t even speak English in Vienna. The swine.

Jacqui Smith Unleashes ID Cards
A PRESS release from Her Majesty’s Government: “The first UK Identity Card will be unveiled by the Home Secretary, Jacqui Smith, on Thursday 25 September at 11.30am.”
Media are invited to attend an on-the-record, on-camera press conference at the Home Office where the design of the first cards, which will be issued to foreign nationals from November this year, will be revealed.

The Star has seen a YouGov poll, which shows that a “substantial reduction in immigration” is “backed by three-quarters of ethnic minorities”.
Does it follow, then, that all ethnic minorities immigrants?
